Wonderland Renaissance

This 27-year-old family home was revitalized, combining modern aesthetics with practical upgrades. The dated exterior was streamlined by replacing and reconfiguring windows to maximize natural light, swapping cedar siding for fire-resistant cement board, and removing unnecessary features like the bay window, primary bedroom dormer, bathroom bump-out, and brick veneer accents. Inside, the layout was modernized with an open-concept main floor, vaulted ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen featuring rift-sawn white oak cabinetry. Three bathrooms, including the primary, were fully updated for improved flow and functionality.
